Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Good English and communication skills are essential for this role. Prior experience as an auditor is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare and file tax returns.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in construction would be a plus.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
