Job Summary:

As an Architectural Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural construction activities on-site to ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements. You will serve as the key point of coordination between the design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management while maintaining quality control, project documentation, and cost efficiency throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily architectural construction activities and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and building regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify defects, and prepare inspection reports.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site-related issues.

• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details before implementation.

• Monitor construction quality and ensure proper installation methods are followed throughout the project.

• Prepare punch lists and monitor the completion of corrective works.

• Track project progress against approved schedules and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.

• Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, inspection records, testing results, and project updates.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, local building regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.

• Monitor material usage, coordinate procurement requirements, verify quantities for billing, and assist in evaluating variation orders and additional works.

• Provide technical support during project execution, turnover, and final inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural site supervision or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, construction methods, and building codes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• Familiar with QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards.

• Knowledge of local building regulations and occupational safety requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Willing to travel and be assigned to different project sites as required.

For this position, the client’s budget is between PHP 28,000 – PHP 32,000 per month.
