Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, commercially aware, and confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Planning and Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing requirements.
Clarify job responsibilities, required qualifications, team structure, and recruitment timelines.
Develop recruitment plans aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market conditions, and potential hiring challenges.
Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and recruitment best practices.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and anticipated hiring needs.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
Use Boolean search, recruitment databases, and other sourcing tools effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate Screening and Selection
Review applications and resumes against job requirements.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person screening interviews.
Assess candidate experience, technical qualifications, communication skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
Prepare clear and objective candidate summaries for hiring managers.
Coordinate assessments, interviews, reference checks, and background checks when required.
Support hiring managers in making timely and well-informed selection decisions.
Candidate Experience and Recruitment Coordination
Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interview panels.
Communicate job expectations, company information, recruitment timelines, and next steps clearly.
Manage offer discussions and support the negotiation process in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding handover activities.
Ensure candidates receive a consistent, respectful, and positive experience.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
Support the development and publication of engaging job advertisements.
Promote the company's employer brand across relevant recruitment channels.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and talent community activities.
Develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
Identify opportunities to improve candidate attraction and application conversion.
Recruitment Administration and Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate status updates, and hiring documentation.
Track recruitment metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
Prepare regular recruitment reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Identify process improvements that increase recruitment efficiency and hiring quality.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, executive search, or a related field.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination.
Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware approach to recruitment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
Comfortable using AI tools and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, communication, and reporting efficiency.
Fluent in English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
