Job Description:
We are looking for a structured and proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations. This role focuses on building efficient HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring smooth workforce management across different operational sites.
You will play a key role in organizing recruitment funnels, improving onboarding experiences, and tracking key HR metrics to support company growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interview coordination, offer preparation)
Build and maintain a structured candidate funnel system
Manage HR operations across factory, farm, and head office environments
Improve and standardize onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee integration
Track and monitor key HR KPIs (turnover, attendance, retention, hiring cost, etc.)
Maintain employee data and HR documentation
Support performance tracking and ensure clear, traceable career path visibility for employees
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
Coordinate with managers on workforce planning needs
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Requirements
2–5 years experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable handling HR data and basic reporting
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Familiar with HR systems or ATS is a plus
Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations is preferred
Salary for this position will be between IDR 7.000.000 and 10.000.000 net
