Our client, is a sustainable footwear brand founded in 2009. The company is dedicated to transforming discarded tires into durable, eco-friendly footwear. Their mission is to repurpose waste into stylish shoes while reducing environmental impact.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting to join the finance team in Bali. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day to day bookkeeping activities, supporting AP/AR, and assisting with tax related matters.

The ideal candidate has previous experience with Xero, strong attention to detail, and good English communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial transactions.

  • Manage day to day bookkeeping activities using Xero.

  • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts regularly.

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Support tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

  • Previous experience using Xero is required.

  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

  • Tax Brevet certification is a plus.

  • Willing to be based in Bali.

For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 8,500,000 - IDR 10,000,000/month plus commission/bonus, salary will be based on experience
